These terms cover your use of artemisclo.com and anything you buy from us. Please read them before you order.
Artemis Clo is operated by EHCONSULTING LLC, a company registered in Delaware, United States (file number 7045191), 2915 Ogletown Rd #3142, Newark, DE 19713, United States. "We", "us" and "our" mean EHCONSULTING LLC. "You" means you, the person using the site or placing an order.

We describe every item as accurately as we can. Screens differ, so colours can look slightly different in real life. Each product page shows its own size guide in UK sizes: please check it before you order, as sizing can vary from one style to another.
If what arrives is not as described, our Refund policy covers you and your statutory rights apply.
All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Prices can change at any time before you order. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are handled by our payment providers, and we never see or store your full card details.
When you place an order, you receive an email confirming we have received it. The contract is formed when we confirm your order has been dispatched. If an item is out of stock, a price was clearly wrong, or we cannot deliver to your address, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Discount codes have no cash value and apply only while the offer runs. We can change or end an offer at any time; an offer already applied to a placed order is not affected.

You do not need an account to order. If you create one, keep your details accurate and your email secure.
Use the site for shopping. Do not try to break into it, overload it, copy or resell its content, upload anything harmful or unlawful, or use it to harass anyone.
The Artemis Clo name, logo, photography, text and the design of this site belong to us or to our licensors. You may not copy or use them commercially without our written permission.
If you send us a review, photo or comment, you keep ownership of it and allow us to display it to promote Artemis Clo. Only send content that is yours and lawful.
If we fail to meet these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our failure. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable. We sell to individuals for their own use only, not for business or resale.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings there, and you keep the protections of the law where you live.
We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
